Refund Policy

This policy outlines how and when financial compensations, reversals, and credits are issued for orders placed on https://amalystore.com. All transaction resolutions are carried out strictly in accordance with the customer agreements and operational timelines detailed herein.

1. Refunds for Order Cancellations

We process and pack your orders quickly (within 1–2 business days) so you can start your skincare routine right away! Because of this fast turnaround time, there is a very limited window to receive a cancellation refund.

Before Processing: If you email us immediately at crm@amalystore.com with the subject line “URGENT: Cancel Order # [Your Order Number]” and your order has not yet been processed or packaged by our team, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

After Shipping: If your order has already been securely packed, labeled, and handed over to our shipping carrier, we cannot stop or cancel the shipment. A cancellation refund cannot be issued at this stage, and you must wait for the package to arrive to initiate an unopened return.

2. Refunds for Approved Returns (Change of Mind)

Once your return package is delivered back to our facility and passes inspection (confirming the bottle is completely unopened and the protective neck seal is fully intact), your refund will be authorized.

Compensation: A full refund for the product purchase price will be issued back to your original payment method.

Exclusions: Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds for Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Items

If you report a leaking or incorrect item to crm@amalystore.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof, you are entitled to a full financial refund as an alternative to a free product replacement. No return of the damaged product is required to trigger this refund.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Amaly Processing Window: Our team reviews all return and refund emails within 24–48 hours to authorize your card reversal or issue your store credit code.

Banking Processing Window: Once Amaly authorizes and submits an electronic refund to your original payment card, the timeline is handled by the banking system. It typically takes 7 to 14 business days for the credited funds to officially reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
