At Amaly, we source and craft our essential oils with pure, high-quality botanical ingredients designed to nurture and elevate your skin, scalp, and daily wellness rituals. Because our natural oils are fresh, active, and cosmetic-grade, we have established a policy that strictly prioritizes both your personal safety and your ultimate satisfaction.
1. Unopened & Unused Items (Change of Mind)
If you changed your mind or placed an order by mistake, we accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the protective neck seal fully intact.
- Compensation: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Ingredients Policy & Opened Items (Final Sale)
At Amaly, transparency is our priority. We clearly list all ingredients, botanical sources, and safety cautions on our product pages and packaging.
- Customer Responsibility: By placing an order with Amaly, you confirm that you have reviewed the ingredient list to ensure compatibility with your skin and to check for any personal allergens or sensitivities.
- Opened Products: Due to strict health and hygiene regulations for cosmetic goods, any bottle that has been opened, used, or has its protective neck seal broken is strictly Final Sale. We do not issue cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges for opened products under any circumstances (including scent preferences, texture preferences, or skin sensitivities).
- Unopened Products: We will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery only if the product is completely unopened, unused, and the protective neck seal remains fully intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Items
Oils can sometimes have a bumpy ride during transit! If your bottle arrives leaking, or if we sent you the wrong item, please do not mail a messy, oily package back to us.
- What to do: Email us at crm@amalystore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a quick photo of the damaged bottle or leak.
- Compensation: We will immediately ship you a brand-new replacement bottle free of charge, or issue a full refund.
- Returns and exchanges are done within 14 days from delivery date STATED BY THE COURIER.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us: Send an email to crm@amalystore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Review: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions or your store credit code.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Amaly! We are dedicated to handling your essential oil orders with care and delivering them to you safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing vs. Shipping Time
Please note that Order Processing Time and Shipping Transit Time are separate.
- Our Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day.
- Shipping Transit Time: This begins after the shipping carrier picks up your package from our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or holidays. Amaly is not responsible for postal carrier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been packaged and labeled. The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of receiving the email.
4. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Amaly is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately at crm@amalystore.com before your shipping tracking number is generated.
5. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status says “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building’s front desk.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If your package is still missing after 24 hours, or if the tracking has stopped moving completely for over 5 business days, please email us at crm@amalystore.com so we can help you file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before Your Order Ships
If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us immediately at crm@amalystore.com with the subject line “URGENT: Cancel Order # [Your Order Number]”.
- If your order has not yet been processed or packaged by our team, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.
2. After Your Order Ships
If you receive a shipping confirmation email or a tracking number, it means your package has already been securely packed, labeled, and handed over to our shipping carrier.
- At this stage, we cannot stop or cancel the shipment.
- What to do next: Once the package arrives at your door, please do not open the shipping box. You can contact us to initiate a standard return for an unopened item in accordance with our Return Policy
